I ordered a couple “big face on a stick” for my daughter’s graduation. Unfortunately they were lost in the mail by local post office and would not arrive before we left town. I called the shop and told them my issue and they offered a free reprint if I covered the expedited shipping to AIRBNB. They arrived in time for the graduation and was an amazing surprise and hit. My daughter loved them. She could find us in the crowd and also worked to shade the sun. Thanks again. Highly recommended.

I came to these guys with some clear-cut instructions on a specific task that I needed done for my website. They are experts and charge a fair price for their services, but I was happy to pay it because I was getting a team of local professionals that I could trust...Well...They had some issues. The team member that was the real expert on what I needed done may have left the business or something. All I know is that I heard of some issues, progress slowed, then completely stopped, and they stopped returning my emails. We are literally halfway through the project and I paid them half up front... You can't trust people that don't return your calls after a month after they take your money. 2 stars because I feel like some of it was a "victim of circumstance" thing, but handled very poorly.
