Thorough and thoughtful! The crew from management to on-site staff were so so thorough and so accommodating of my concerns about lead-based paint on the exterior of my home. They ensured me they would take every precaution, and they did! It's critical that we aren't sanding lead-based paint, nor scraping it off onto the soil. They ensured they followed all lead-safety procedures AND provided a beautiful paint job at completion. SO grateful !

We had our full house, retaining and support walls (brick walls), all doors including garage doors, fascia, gutters and downspouts painted. The house is stucco, the trim wood and the garage doors aluminum. The sales process was very low pressure. We didn't have to sit down with a sales person around our table and be forced to commit to an offer "today". They walked around the outside, asked a few questions and provided us with a quote that we could review on our own. The painters where professional and we felt at ease with them working around and on our house. While it rained a couple of days during the work, the work was still completed in a very reasonable time. They stayed in touch with us every day to insure we knew of the progress even on rain days. They cleaned the surface and patched the stucco (stucco was patched using matching color silicone (we did not have large patches) so it is very hard to see the patches in the final product. Gaps where wood meets the stucco where all properly sealed. The house and garage doors look better than they did when the house was new. They stuck to the quote the price was better than competing quotes and the job looks great. We couldn't be happier.

Dan Hutchins and his rep Christian came to our home. They took a careful look around the interior. (We had a slab leak so we had a lot going on) They were able to coordinate with our other contractors. They adjusted our scheduled dates when needed to accommodate the others. They did a fabulous job. Took a full day to prep our home, protecting everything with proper coverings. Always on time, always cleaned after their work day. My only regret is we didn’t have our bedrooms painted! We will certainly bring them back for that. The price was more than fair. Thank you Dan and crew.

CertaPro Painters did an excellent job painting our home’s exterior. The guys were great dealing with our big dogs too. I highly recommend their work.
