I had a great experience with Scott and his crew. After getting a leak assessed by another local company, Scott came by to take a look at what would be necessary to get the leak fixed. He gave me multiple options, which helped me decide how to move forward with repairs. All-in-all, his partner came by during our allotted time and completed the repair within 5.5 hours or so! Faster than I was expecting and I haven't had any issues since rerouting our plumbing. Thank you Proper Plumbing team for the great work!

The two plumbers, Scott and Caleb, were on-time, very knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. They explained every option and advised about priorities vs. 'can wait'. They fixed my drainage problem quickly and using the simplest method. They also quote in bundles rather than each job/equipment separately. My daughter has also been pleased with their work.

Awesome & speedy installation of our new water softener system by Scott! He came out a few weeks ago to give us a quote for the project and was also willing to list out various options based on what we wanted. That was a huge factor in choosing Proper Plumbing because they were willing to work with us to tailor the project to our specific needs. We were then able to schedule our preferred date for installment. Scott is friendly and very knowledgeable, answering the many questions we had about the system since we’re new to water softeners. In addition to the water softener, he also installed new laundry angle stops, a new water regulator, and our water leak detector for us. I had a great experience with Proper Plumbing. Scott came to my home and reviewed all of the plumbing issues I was having in my bathrooms and kitchen. He offered 3 different quotes with different price points based on what I wanted him to complete since some issues weren't as urgent as others. I chose to have him fix everything and I'm so glad I did! The prices were fair, and he even threw in a couple of extras at no charge. He was friendly, efficient, professional and honest.
