Hello, I am writing this "review" on April 15th, 2026 because i just saw some very unprofessional and concerning actions by some of this company's employees on the freeway. At approximately 3pm on April 15th, 2026 i saw a white ford license plate number 88149A4, drinking (tall can michelada) and driving on the 215 S freeway. This is extremely dangerous and should be a matter of termination.

Wish I could give zero stars. Receptionist (who claimed to be the owners wife and refused to give her name) hung up the phone the first time when I called to get a quote. I called back and she was extremely rude when I was asking for help. When I asked for an email she told me ‘I didn’t need it’, I asked to speak to Ron (president of the company) and she told me I ‘didn’t need to talk to him’ and when I asked for her name she said ‘what does it matter to you?’ I asked her if her boss knows she speaks to customers in such a way and she said ‘my husband is my boss so what do you want?’ NOT a good look for a business to have the front answering desk be so unprofessional and unhelpful. I’m a general contractor and will be spreading the word about this company.

Bad customer service. Doesn't stand by its warranty work and will not respond if you need them to fix any dependencies.
