Beautiful Tile Work by Arthur's Remodeling - Couldn't Be Happier! We just had tile flooring installed throughout our home in Irvine, and the results are amazing! Harris, David and co were professional, punctual, and extremely detail-oriented. Every cut and grout line was perfect, and the layout looks stunning. They helped us choose the right tile for our space, and the entire process--from consultation to cleanup--was smooth and stress-free. Our home looks completely transformed! I needed the awful carpet and kitchen tile in my condo ripped up and replaced with wood laminate, I chose the recommendation for Arthur’s because someone mentioned that they did a great job and the price was half what other companies were quoting her. I’ve never managed a home renovation before so the process seemed daunting. But my experience overall was amazing, which is maybe bad because now I think I have the renovation ‘bug’ 😅 Fast process: I called on October 29 to get an in-home estimate, and Harris came and gave me a quote on October 30. By today, November 7 they have already finished the 3-day installation. Harris was the person who came and gave me the at-home estimate. He was quick, helpful, and seemed to give me a fair price (according to friends, family, google, and chatgpt 😅) He helped me get some deals like getting the baseboards at just materials cost. I picked out a sample that turned out to be a really great waterproof laminate. He warned me about the possibility of needing an unknown amount of concrete for patching under the kitchen tile but gave an estimate as best as he could. Once the project began, and it was evident that the floors needed more concrete due to the uneven surface under the carpeting, it was great to have Harris to talk to in the office to plug in the data and give me an update on the price. The team that worked on the job were Sergio, Sergio Jr., and Esteemed, and these guys did an amazing job. Specifically: Attention to detail - double-checked everything, cleaned up thoroughly before leaving, and did a really beautiful and seamless job on the floor and the baseboards Communication - kept me updated consistently, didn’t make major decisions without talking to me, everything was carried out exactly as communicated Above and beyond - moved some very heavy furniture, re-hooked up my gas and water at the end, and accommodated their work schedule to make sure I had private space to stay and work within the condo while they were there I think Sergio and Sergio Jr. specifically make a great team (I think they are father and son?) It seems that Sergio is very knowledgeable in his work. When they found out the concrete was very un-level, he showed me the problems and explained the strategy of adding the right amount (too much will be too heavy, etc). Sergio Jr. was an excellent communicator throughout the whole project. He was very kind and polite, and he let me know the updated plans and notes as the project went along. As a woman who has never managed a home renovation before, I’d definitely recommend this team to my friends. Their communication, hard work, and kind attitude really put me at ease. I also appreciate that the task was finished within the time frame initially presented. They worked very hard, almost 12 hours on the second day. Despite needing to lay quite a bit more cement than originally anticipated, they got the project done on schedule! The condo looks beautiful and like a brand-new place. I’m so excited about this beautiful new space 🩵

Here's why 5 stars: It was amazing to have a flawless installation by an obvious PERFECTIONIST, who was also incredibly FAST. Juan also was professional and even while working that hard, he always had a genuine smile on his face. Pleasing us was his #1 priority, and it showed. Arthur's is blessed to have him, and if their other employees are even halfway as good, you'll be doing cartwheels! They ( 2 guys total) had a tough job preparing, because the old floor had imperfections, was uneven and some old material, (almost 1,000 square feet) and there were a lot of challenging cuts in the install, but from start to finish they were in and out in 2 days total. I was very impressed and recommend very highly.

Due to a cracked main drain pipe under our foundation, we had to replace all our flooring. We contacted Arthur's Flooring and was connected to Jacob W. for a quote. From the start, Jay was easy to work with. He arrived on time and took thorough measurements, listened to what we wanted and provided samples. Jay was our main contact throughout the process, he answered or returned calls promptly and made the process run smoothly. On the scheduled start date, Sergio and his team showed up on time and began working immediately. Sergio's team removed tile and carpet on day 1 and began installing the vinyl planks. The entire process was finished in 3 days. Furniture was moved and replaced and our home was left tidy and in order. The flooring is beautiful and thoughtfully installed.
