First class team. We are really happy with the new AC/furnace. The new units look great and the performance is excellent. The installation was quick and clean. The crew cleaned up each day and was careful to protect the floors. Once completed, they showed us how to use the new keypad and app. A great bunch of guys and I highly recommend hiring them for your AC/heating needs.

Our AC went out and we contacted Command Comfort. Tyler was scheduled to come out the following day, as it was already later in the day when we reached out. The following day, Tyler showed up on the front end of the “arrival window” (2pm-5pm) so I knew this would be a good experience. To make it simple, Tyler provided excellent service and experience. Here are some of the highlights: 1) Tyler was very professional, thorough, and courteous. 2) He explained what he was doing, keeping me informed about what he was testing, what values he expected to see on his multimeter, and then showed me what the defective part was reading. 3) He installed the new part, and showed me what it was supposed to do/how it was supposed to operate, confirming that it was working better already. 4) Tyler reassembled everything and cleaned up after himself. 5) Tyler even went a step further to clean around the area where he was working and even wiped down the exterior parts of the ac unit. 6) After that, Tyler went back into the house to check the temps, to confirm again that the AC was working. Before entering the house, he even slipped “booties” over his shoes so as to not track dirt inside the house. Now THIS is great attention to detail and respect for the home. Overall, fantastic service. I cannot say enough good things about Tyler. He is definitely a great asset to the company, so please hold onto him for as long as you can. In fact, give this man a raise, promotion or BOTH. Glad we were able to find Command Comfort, and particularly that Tyler was the one sent out to handle our AC issues. Thanks!!!

I talked to many companies and no one wanted to offer me the Mitsubishi product. I then found Command on the internet, read the reviews, and decided to get a quote and then hired them. Simply put, excellent service from the first phone call to get a quote, the quote process, and then today the work was completed. Four professional employees that worked well together, gave me updates along the way, and then we fired up my new unit. We won’t really see the true value of the unit until it heats up a bit this summer, but the test we did was great. Command Comfort recently installed the new, complete HVAC system in my house. The team, Tyler, Johnny, Christian and his crew, were friendly, efficient, and considerate, very respectful of my home, Each team member wore coverings over their boots and shoes whenever they were in my house, the ladder up to the attic had a padded blanket under it. The company communicated and kept me apprised of everything related to the job: letting me know when they would arrive, etc. They even petted my kitty. The system is working very well. It’s super quiet. Tyler came a week after installation to check everything, and helped me better understand and use the Ecobee smart thermostat. I highly recommend Command Comfort for any HVAC needs.
