I initially contacted Phillip's office as recommended by a friend to get a quote on auto insurance. The initial interaction was by email and was followed up with a phone call by one of his staff, Tommy. He spent a lot of time on the phone to find me the best rate and answering all my questions because insurance is not my thing and I was totally confused. Then I scheduled an appointment to come into the office for the paperwork then returned multiple times thereafter for other reasons.
