RUN !They shut down our website lead generation and cost us $40000 in sales last year. The salesman blatantly lied pushing us into signing up for $300 a month. If you assume like we did, losing that is a worse case scenario,. We are far from recovering if possible. These guys are worthless. They will take your perfectly good website and convert it to their generic site. Then when you cancel (because they only produce 42 leads a year at $299 per month)your website is dropped and they leave you with nothing, no switch back to original or anything. DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY OR TIME WITH THESE GUYS!!!'

So I had a bad experience with this company. Didn’t call when said then had some excuses, could have possibly been miss communication I will give them the benefit of the doubt on that. I left a one star review they replied then reached out. The lady that reached out was nice seemed like she wanted to reconcile but then at the end of the conversation asked me if I would consider removing my review. Honestly I was going to changed it and give the background on the review before she asked. The way she went about asking really made me stop and think did she really reach out to reconcile and to make sure the customer was happy or did she only reach out to get the 1 star review removed, that being said we will never know the truth and I am Going to change it from a 1 star to a 2 star. But I will not be doing business in the future with this company regardless. The thing I do have good to say about them is they did reach out to see what was going on even if it was not sincere and I thought it was sincere until the last part of the conversation.

So far so good. I just signed up last week and they have been a fantastic addition and help with our business. Looking forward to the year to come working with you guys. Update: I cannot say enough great things about Local Splash and their team.
