My tankless water heater needed to be de-scaled. I called Carlson plumbing and they sent one of their plumbers, Logan over. Logan was on time and professional. He answered all my questions and finish the job on time within an hour. He even changed a filter for me. I greatly appreciate Logan at Carlson plumbing. I would highly recommend Carlson plumbing to anyone.

We got back from vacation and our water heater was no longer working. They were able to come by a few days later, and within 2 hours we had a brand new water heater. Gilbert was great. We will call them anytime we need plumbing services.

Was super excited to get a new refrigerator delivered today, only to find out it couldn’t be installed because the supply valve started leaking. We had to shut off all the water to the house and were scrambling to find someone who could come quickly and not charge an absurd amount. The Yelp reviews for Carlson Plumbing were fantastic, and the service absolutely lived up to them. Not only were they able to come within the hour from my call, but the pricing was almost half of what I was quoted by several other companies. Gilbert and Logan were friendly, helpful, and quickly replaced the leaking valve and got our water back on in no time. They even offered to help move the refrigerator into its designated spot, which was definitely not part of their scope and very appreciated (we ended up declining, but the offer alone said a lot). They also pointed out a secondary water shut off we had completely forgotten about. Also worth mentioning, this was the only place I called where I actually reached the office and not a call service. I can’t remember her name, but she was incredibly helpful and honestly saved us by getting someone out so fast, especially since we were without water at both our house and our attached rental. Carlson Plumbing just earned a new regular customer. Not a service you want to need often, but really glad to know who to call now.

I have a 75 gallon Rheem water heater at my restaurant. With a white Rodgers intelli-vent. Was giving an A & F error. I used ChatGPT to troubleshoot myself. i switched out the old sensor for a new one and tried to reset it myself. Didnt work. My neighbor Kim referred them to me and they came, and fixed it in 20 minutes. Other companies couldnt figure it out or offered more expensive options. This business is honest and affordable!
