This is a LONG overdue review however I wanted to put it out there that this is going to be the company you will want to go with for your roofing needs. Their prices were competitive. We received quotes from 3 companies and decided to go with ASR because we felt like they were honest and very patient. We also saw them work on several homes on our block and they were quick and efficient. They started and finished when promised. Communicated well, when there were some adjustments needed. I’m confident we made the right choice to use ASR. Bryan and his crew are awesome to work with!

My dad and I are so happy with our new roof. We were so lucky to have found All Service Roofing and its owner Bryan without any referral. We looked into this project 2 years ago but didn't proceed bc we didn't feel comfortable with all the estimates. This year, we had an estimate and were informed about Certainteed brand. Before, we were only thinking Owens Corning. After much research, I logged into Certainteed website to find potential contractors around my areas. It was past 5pm, the first one didn't pick up. The second one was Bryan and we hit off immediately. His voice assured me with comfort. He said, "I'm grateful to God for everything I have and everything I do.." SOLD ME! He offered me their best line Presidential TL Solaris with the best price compared to all our previous estimates and added 8 vents (others would give 4 and charge extra for each). This showed me honesty right there... It was May 9, 2026, he assigned the project for 6/18 (busy company). As the date approached, the series (Landmark TL Solaris cheaper but has lighter color we like) weren't available. Instead of waiting maybe until September, Bryan offered me their best line Presidential series so fair which we couldn't pass up and wait any longer. Again, this showed me his characters and trustworthy. The project started 6/16/26 and finished today (6/18) by noon. Literally 2 and 1/2 days...INCREDIBLE PROFESSIONAL WORK! Everything was done perfectly A to Z till the end, cleaned, no cutting corners, incl. the walk through… Bryan's father, Frank, was onsite and a good man. He made my dad felt comfortable in replacing some old/rotten woods bc he wanted the project to be best. He even guided my dad up on the rooftops for inspection. They charged us much less for the woods than expected. We couldn’t be happier with our new roof! After getting 5 other quotes, this company stood out as the best choice, and I’m so glad we went with them. From start to finish, the entire experience was excellent. The project was completed in just 2 days, which was incredibly impressive considering the amount of work involved. The entire crew of approximately 15 team members was amazing — they were clean, courteous, professional, and respectful of our home throughout the entire process. They worked efficiently, kept the area organized, and did a great job cleaning up afterward. A special thank you to Francisco, who was incredibly helpful throughout the project. He made sure any questions or concerns we had were addressed right away and always took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. All Service Roofing is a top notch company. Very fair estimate. From meeting Bryan who did the estimate, Stephen who was the foreman at the job and Joseph who does the books. These guys run an efficient company. Very honest. After the teardown they quoted me extra for the 10 sheets that need replacing, but they checked and confirmed it it was already included in my estimate. Bryan explained the process really well (teardown, inspection,laying down shingles and final inspection) and lined up city inspections. Stephen also communicated well with the teardown findings. Taking pics of sheets that needed to be replaced. Which gives me confidence about their honesty. They came on time and cleaned up after they were done everyday. Communication was excellent too with coordinating city inspection. Thanks for the wonderful experience dealing with a major upgrade that every home owner will go through.

Glad I went with ASR. Throughout the whole process, I was impressed by Bryan's Professionalism, responsiveness, and technical knowledge of details as he had 10+ years of roofing experience and now handles sales for the family business, which gave me a lot of confidence during the project. Importantly, there is no subcontracting unlike some other roofing companies which stated their use in fine print. The entire crew worked seamlessly work together in unison to finish my whole reroofing in 3 days. I was initially skeptical since others stated 5+ days, but I could see how organized and efficient the team was. Since roofing is expensive and stressful, I made sure to get four other competitive quotes from other roofers. The price from ASR came out the best with the same specs, but I would still have went with ASR even if they were more expensive, just because of the trust I had in Bryan. Throughout, I got to meet Bryan's father, Frank who has 30 years of roofing experience and was accommodating to my needs such as when I requested protection of my garden during tear-off. I also met Bryans brother Steven during the shingle installation, which reinforced the sense that this was a family business that genuinely cares about the quality of their work. Finally, after the installation was finished, the team still cared very much about passing inspection for permitting and to ensure their reputation is upheld. Even after payment was completed, they continued providing follow-up support when needed, which gave me additional assurances in their commitment to quality.
