We came in for the first time not knowing anything about filing taxes. as soon as we walked in the lady at the front desk greeted us and was very helpful and polite. They accommodated us and gave us cold waters and a place to sit. the wait was short and then We met with Irene. she is very sweet and made the process quick and simple for us. She is super kind and made the experience very pleasant overall.

Amazing experience! Booked an appointment and Graciela was assigned to me. She did an amazing job and tried to get me as much money back as she could. I didn’t think I would get much back due to my marital status and pulling out of 401k, but the team was adamant about getting me a good refund and asked me specific questions that helped make a significant difference in my filing status.
