After reading a few negative reviews about John Rodriguez I was hesitant about working with but the receptionist paired me up with him. He filed the wrong year's tax return for me which caused delay and more work for the both of us. I can understand that everyone makes mistakes - but the problem is the lack of response afterwards. If I had made an error or a mistake regarding a client let alone a new client of mine, I would personally extend extra care and responsiveness - but even now I have yet to hear back from John about a question I asked many days ago. A nice guy who lacks the professionalism and responsiveness. I'd avoid.

We have always been happy with our quality of service and the knowledge Stephanie has and how she always takes the time to explain things to us as first time parents and home owners. I can’t recommend this place enough. Just make sure you call early in the tax season so you can get an appointment.
