He is very responsive and is very reliable who takes care of business without wasting any time. When I called him for anything, I realized he answers right away and can trust him for his work. He had to do a lot to get a new renter in my property and he not only got a per SF on soon after but was able to publish it at many sites and screen to get the best tenant who is also very happy to be there.
