My ISP works with SiFi Networks and had them come out to my house when there was issue with the cabling. They damaged furniture during their visit and failed to take any accountability by denying any wrongdoing. Fast forward 6 months later and I am still checking in with them for updates on this matter, but they have constantly given empty promises saying they'll look into it. They are unprofessional as it gets and I would never trust them to work in my home again.

Almost was hit twice by a Fiber City truck towing a trailer on Euclid and Rosecrans. The driver made a turn from the right lane and nearly side swiped me by immediately pulling into the left lane (2 lanes turn right off Rosecrans onto Euclid). The truck was then driving in the middle of 2 lanes down Euclid until the light at Malvern. Can’t be hiring very reliable workers if they can’t manage to figure out how to stay between the lines.

Internet service has now been down 3 days. Spoke with Ting customer service multiple times over the past 3 days and they are waiting for a response from Sifi regarding the outage.
