We hired Serhal Builders for an attic renovation and it was completed on time and on budget. Everything was clear and documented from the initial estimate to the final payment upon completion of the project. The quality of work and attention to detail surpassed our expectations which I do not say lightly. The crew showed up on time everyday and cleaned up daily after each shift. Serhal Builders is definitely the first I would call on future projects.

Serhal Builders have been exceptional contractors from start to finish. We hired them to add a room to our home, and after working with several contractors in the past, Abdul and Jamal far exceeded our expectations with the quality of their craftsmanship. Their attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the project. Their quote was clear and transparent from the beginning, which gave us confidence and peace of mind throughout the process. They also worked efficiently and stayed true to their timeline—estimating 6–8 weeks and completing the project within that timeframe. Communication was excellent; they kept us informed at every stage, so we always knew what to expect. They were also remarkably considerate and professional throughout the project. They carefully tarped off a partition to separate the construction area from our living space, and at the end of each day, they left the area clean and free of debris—something we truly appreciated. The final result was outstanding. They were attentive to our concerns, including ensuring the paint matched perfectly, and they didn’t hesitate to repaint when needed. They also took the extra step of closely inspecting the subcontractors’ work, making sure everything was completed to a high standard and addressing any imperfections. Beyond their skill, Abdul and Jamal are genuinely pleasant and easy to work with, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t be happier with their service and would wholeheartedly recommend Serhal Builders to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality contractors.

I used Serhal Builders to remodel my kitchen and I would 1000000% recommend. They were professional, communicative, trustworthy, and very easy to work with. I will definitely be using them when I'm ready to remodel the rest of my home

Our construction company hired Serhal Builders Inc for a project we were awarded in Cerritos CA. They renovated a kitchen and bathroom for our client and surpassed our expectations in quality and customer service. Very communicative and relievingly honest while setting expectations. Job was done and passed all inspections in a breeze. Our company continues to hire Serhal Builders Inc for other projects like paint, flooring, windows, etc. Thanks guys! See you on the next job.

Professional, Honest, Collaborative. Serhal builders turned a loft space into an office and opened up dead space in my walk-in closet to create a closet in the adjacent room. I appreciated their attention to details, creative solutions, and emphasis on quality not speed. Another strong characteristic is their communication: quick and clear responses in addition to keeping their word. And truly as they state on their website: honesty. For the loft space, they matched the design of the adjacent rooms so now the whole area looks harmonious as if it was there from the time the house was built. For the new closet, when they opened up the space they recognized that there will still be inaccessible space in the new closet and they found a very creative solution to make use of that space. They were in our house for about 3 weeks. My son and I were working from home and we did not feel disrupted. Of course there was noise but it is expected. Their presence was respectful and calm. I highly recommend their services. Working with them is truly a collaborative process. They listen, discuss, and together create a plan.
