We had such a great experience with Spectrum Fire Protection! Diane was incredibly flexible and went above and beyond to get us scheduled for same-day service, which we really appreciated. Our technician, Joey, was fantastic! He took care of everything so quickly, was extremely friendly, and did a great job explaining what he was doing along the way. It’s not every day you get that combination of fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant service! A huge thank you to Diane and Joey for making what could have been a stressful situation completely painless. We truly appreciate you both and highly recommend Spectrum Fire Protection!!

Awesome ppl. Nice and quick service. Super patient and professional with me during our phone call since this is my first time renew tag on the fire extinguisher. Really appreciate the help. Strongly recommend.

Jasmine was such a great help. She goes beyond and has an amazing attitude. She really helped me with the last minute requested we needed. Awesome person

The front desk staffs, Jasmine and Diana were very nice and helpful to answer my inquiries. Very fast service on my 2 fire extinguisher refill service, had to wait for only about 5 minutes to complete refill. Worth recommending to future customers.

We called 5 different companies and Spectrum was able to respond the quickest. They came out when they said they would and were efficient in the process. The pricing was transparent and communicated throughout the whole process. We were sent an invoice the next day and payment was simple and quick. Honestly, we couldn't have asked for a smoother experience. This is our preferred vendor going forward.
