First time I've been there. They are great with higher end selection of luxury vinyl plank flooring. Bought a few samples and called them with my square footage and selection and they took care of my order, sent me a link to confirm and pay. Was a great and easy experience.

Excellent customer service by Alyssa. She went above and beyond with the help I received. She is heaven sent, like an angel. I was very overwhelmed and she gave me more help than I ever could have imagined. Give her a promotion!! She has a great eye for design! Definitely will recommend her to my friends! Job well done!!

This was my first time visiting the Fullerton location, and I had a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Since I’m new to this, I had a lot of questions, but the team took the time to guide me and made everything easy to understand. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service. Thank you to the entire team for making my first visit so positive! ⭐

I got a condo and was doing a lot of remodeling and upgrades to the place..I didn’t want to be all over the place with the colors and styles so I made an appt online , the day of my appt Irma helped me out ..I had pictures of some ideas and she was able to guide me and recommend some nice stuff that was within budget. Thanks Irma !

They have a great selection of tiles and flooring, which are well displayed. Customer service is a hit or miss. Some are very friendly, and the others by yhw cash register don’t want to be bothered. All in all, it’s good enough for me to come back.
