Today Nathan and Daniel came out for our regularly scheduled maintenance check. They were professional, knowledgeable and respectful of my home and property. I especially appreciate their communication and listening skills. They explained what services they'd be conducting and provided opportunities for me to ask questions. They came out and serviced the unit in an efficient and timely manner. Greatly appreciated the excellent service received today!

We had a wonderful experience with Jamison Heating & Cooling when they installed two heat pump systems for us, so when it was time for our one-year maintenance, they were the obvious choice. I called to schedule the service, and fortunately, due to a cancellation, Janette was able to get us in the very next day. Our appointment window was getting close to ending, and I completely understand that service calls can sometimes take longer than expected. Cesar called to let me know he was going to take his lunch break and wanted to check whether we were still available. I really appreciated that he took the time to keep us updated rather than simply showing up later. When Cesar arrived, he first asked how our heat pump systems were working and then explained what the maintenance service would include and whether we had any questions. He was extremely thorough and walked us through his findings along the way. When he finished, he again took the time to ask if we had any questions and made sure we understood everything. We really appreciated Cesar’s professionalism, knowledge, and friendly customer service. It’s clear that Ryan, the owner, has built a team that genuinely cares about its customers. If you’re in Orange County and need service or maintenance for your heat pump system, I highly recommend Jamison Heating & Cooling. I really admire Jamison Heating & Cooling personal. One summer our A/C unit failed and I phoned multi businesses and no one was available, some business they could be at our place a month later, mind you this is August in Southern California. Jamison Heating & Cooling were the only company agreeing to come and help when their competition said they couldn't. The staff Jennette who secures services and appointments is super friendly and attentive and has worked with adjusting meet up times when "life" happened. Lots of their technicians are super friendly and helpful. I got lucky and had a gentleman Nathan come help and boy, what an awesome worker!! Respectful, helpful, professional. Nathan explained the components that needed attention and tried his best to explain the technical terms in easy to understand English. Helpful for those of us who do not have a background for HVAC lingo. Nathan is a no-nonsense worker who there to get the job done and not waste your time. I don't know who taught Nathan but his communication among his clients is of the upmost respect and friendly HVAC person. I enjoyed Nathan's professionalism so much I personally requested him on my properties. Thank you for reading my honest encounter with Jamison Heating and Cooling and me experience with Nathan.

They were quick and responsive. They came to my house less than an hour after I called! I had diagnosed my AC issue with the help of AI as most likely a bad capacitor in my condenser unit. They came out and within 15 minutes they came to the same conclusion. Then they quoted me over $600 to make the repair. Knowing that the part cost less than $30. I declined and said just charge me $69 for the diagnostic. They graciously waved the fee and left. I purchased a capacitor for $28.06 and replaced it in 10 minutes. To be fair, that can be dangerous as capacitors can retain and electrical charge and shock you badly. However they had already metered it and it read zero so I felt safe to do it. Also I got 3 other quotes over the phone and they were all at least $600. So this is more of a gripe against ALL HVAC companies. I can understand $300 but $600 is excessive.

The Jamison Company led by Ryan is about as "good as it gets." They installed a new a/c system for me and I could not have been happier. The price was right, the installation perfect, and the employees along with Ryan did a fantastic job. Since then, I have used them for ongoing maintenance and am always pleased and grateful that they come on time, do a great job, are efficient, and knowledgeable and friendly. I could not ask for a better company and I highly recommend them.
