Recently, these guys came down to my home and gave me a horrible experience with their services. It was apparent how they were banking on me being a homeowner with no knowledge of adequate procedures in the HVAC industry. This company cuts corners, their admin and technicians are rude and unprofessional, and they will rip you off. I do not recommend this company. They want a quick buck off of you without doing their due diligence. We actually had to call another company out to fix the mistakes that these guys made on our system. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Always struggled with finding a good company and good technician with AC. Not anymore. Cody was very helpful during the initial intake and appt setup. Josh was amazing. Very friendly, did the job, pricing was fair and overall a great experience. Will definetely be calling Josh and one hour heating and AC for all our AC needs. Highly recommend.

My experience with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning (owned by Cody Ferrel) was excellent. Cody was personally involved in the project that became a bit complicated, as he and the tech (Josh - who is excellent) suspected that there may be some arcing going on at the panel site. Once we determined where the electric issue was stemming from (capacitor), Cody and Josh proceeded with a thorough repair. Cody also went above and beyond to (a) secure the part needed and (b) work out pricing as the part which should have a 10+ year lifespan was under warranty. Overall, great experience and I highly recommend One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. Great job Cody and Josh!!

Cody did an excellent job—super professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. You can tell he really cares about his work and his customers. He’s currently in the process of fixing a big A/C job for us, and based on how thorough and attentive he’s been so far, we feel confident it’s in great hands. On top of that, he’s just a genuinely nice guy—respectful, friendly, and easy to talk to. Highly recommend Cody if you’re looking for someone you can trust to get the job done right.

Techs were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and mainly professional. Explained in detail the problem a part quit working, needed to be replaced. Not a cheap part. The great thing is they had it in hand. No need to order and wait for it to arrive. Thank you very much techs! .
