The city building inspector just gave us the final approval today. We are so excited to begin furnishing our new 800sq ft detached ADU. We could not have done this without the help of Adam (at ADU DESIGN AND BUILD). He helped us make the complicated process seem stress free and fun. Most importantly, Adam was incredibly honest, straightforward and upfront. He always kept his promises and tried his hardest to ensure everything was done quickly and correctly (and affordably). I never felt like he was nickel and diming us and I was continually surprised by how reasonable his prices were. We are incredibly happy with the finished product.

Super happy with how my new place turned out! The crew was easy to work with, kept me updated, and finished per schedule. The quality is solid and everything looks great. The total cost was very reasonable and competitive. they built exactly what we requested. Really glad i hired them, they made the whole process way smoother than i expected. I love all details and recommendations they offered.

I’m extremely happy with the ADU this company built in my backyard. The quality of the work is outstanding, solid construction, clean finishes, and everything done the right way. What really stood out to me was how stress-free they made the whole project. They were professional, organized, and kept me updated at every step, so I never had to worry about what was happening. And for the level of work they delivered, the cost was very reasonable. I’m truly satisfied and would recommend them to anyone looking to hire a designer and general contractor.

I recently had an addition built onto my home and I can’t say enough great things about this company. From start to finish, they were professional, respectful, and truly dedicated to delivering quality work. The crew showed up consistently — they even worked on July 4th — which really showed their commitment to staying on schedule and doing things right. The workmanship is flawless. Every detail looks clean and intentional, and the finished space blends perfectly with the rest of the house. To be honest, the quote was so good to begin with I thought it may have been too good to be true but it wasn’t. I had a good handful of modifications throughout the project and Fawaz didn’t charge me an extra dime. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, honest, and easy to communicate with. It’s rare to find a team that does excellent work and is this pleasant to work with. I would absolutely hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone considering a remodel or addition. They made a big project feel smooth and stress-free. Also, they completed a full 400 square foot addition to my house in just over two months.

Fawaz is a hard working and reliable contractor. He is so helpful in accomodating to your needs and friendly. One of his partner, the structural engineer, is also very nice and they are both willing to work the project out with you whether it is for an ADU or structural concerns in your home. Got the job done and relieved a huge stress because we have been calling around for almost 1 month, either the other people were too expensive or non-responsive or would cancel. These guys pulled through and got the job done quicker than I had anticipated. Thank you very much Fawaz and Cliff!! We really appreciate your helpfulness with us, very happy with the whole experience :) will use again if needed for sure.
