Parking structure held me prisoner. Doesn't take cash, no attendant that I could see (turns out they were in office with mirrored windows. They can see you, but you can't see them), and they scan your front license plate to know what to charge or even if you are in their lot. If you have no front license plate you will be held captive like I was, with no way out, and no phone number posted to call for assistance...

They are clearly highly skilled and demonstrated profound expertise in their field—they were truly good at what they do. Beyond their technical abilities, the communication was outstanding. They took the time to walk me through every step of the procedure, clearly explaining the diagnosis, the surgical plan, and what I could expect during recovery. Being so very informative greatly reduced my anxiety and built tremendous confidence in the process. The efficiency of the scheduling and the entire process was also noteworthy. Getting my surgery scheduled and executed felt smooth and fast, which is a huge relief when dealing with a medical need. Crucially, the support team and nursing staff were absolutely wonderful. Every person I interacted with was nice and friendly, maintaining a supportive and warm atmosphere. They were attentive, compassionate, and ensured my comfort before and after the operation. I highly recommend Providence St. Jude’s general surgery department. If you are looking for a facility that combines world-class surgical talent with genuinely caring and efficient staff and your insurance allows it, this is the place. A well-deserved five stars. 👍🙏

Very nice establishment to visit. Nuvia Dental is very clean, they obtain very pleasant surroundings... very professional. I highly recommend this place. At Nuvia Dental, I truly enjoyed every minute spent there, the staff are so benevolent, so professional, all diligence rendered was very comforting, having me feel like Ive known them for years, from the receptionist to the X-Ray specialist to all that operate this Dental Buisness, are ALL so terrific... can not wait to see them all again...
