Tom and his team put in a 4-ton Goodman furnace for my home about a month ago. The price is fair, and the work done well, clean, and prompt. I am having the PureAir team coming to do another job soon. This time my air conditioning unit.

We wanted mini splits in our home and did our research. Tom came over and explained to us what Pure AIR had to offer and was detailed about the process. He didn't rush through his explanations and took his time while answering all of our questions. He didn't try to sell us anything that we didn't need or forced us into anything we weren't comfortable with like the other companies. We chose him because of his professionalism and excellent communication skills throughout the process and install. His workers were diligent, hardworking, on time, not disrespectful, professional (no cussing or being loud), clean, polite, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. The workers also told us when they were leaving to have lunch and when they were coming back, or if they were done for the day. This is an A+ company with highly professional workers. I am recommending them to my friends that have asked about our mini splits. I will definitely use them again.

We first met Tom two years ago when our AC was acting up. Knowing our desperation, they squeezed us in late into the day. Fast forward to last week when our AC stopped working in the midst of a heat wave. And once again, they were able to come same day to take a look. Despite their effort to save our very old unit and in multiple trips, we knew it was time. There was no hesitation in trusting Tom and his team to install a new unit. We received a quote for a comparable unit to our existing but felt we wanted a higher SEER (more efficiency and quieter) so we asked for additional quotes with a couple of variations. Tom was very patient in taking a late call from two busy business professionals to go over the options. He was knowledgeable and expertly answered all of our questions. Installation day, a team of 3 showed up early, greeted us, did a walk through around the perimeter, did their huddle and laid out the “white carpet” in our hallway. It was 90 degrees if not hotter day, we offered cold water and the bathroom knowing it was going to be a long and hot day for them. The three technicians were very polite and efficient. They communicate calmly and quietly, very professional and focused throughout the entire day. Checked in with us and provided suggestions on a desired location for the new unit which sits beautifully at a convenient location. They wired so it worked with our existing control panel. Tom arrived to inspect and check in with us on our satisfaction at the completion of installation. We are beyond satisfied and happy with the service provided by the Tom and his team. We will continue to use Pure Air OC and highly recommend them for your heating, cooling, and electrical needs.

We had the cooling and heating system replaced by Pure Air as they were recommended by our neighbor, had great reviews, and the best quote. Tom, the owner, is great to work with and his communication, integrity, and honesty are rock solid. He explains everything in detail and offered industry incentives that other contractors didn't even mention. Tom also has the best crew! Ray and Ronnie came to the house to review our original system so Tom could provide a quote. They were punctual, polite, honest, and shared their system recommendations. Once work commenced, Ray, Ronnie, and Raphael were always on time, very friendly, clean, and respectful. These guys work very hard and knocked the work out in 2 days with the utmost quality. Ray's follow up and communication as site lead is superb! I would not only recommend Pure Air to my friends and family, but to anyone that is looking to have this type of work done. If you are looking to upgrade or change your system, Pure Air should be first on your list!!!

Tom, the owner, is a knowledgeable and responsible HVAC professional. Not only the quote is fair, it showed more details than others. I even received a little discount for being in the OFF season. He and his staff paid attention to details making the unit run more efficiently and the job was done nicely and neatly. I feel that he is trust worthy guy and would recommend him to others.
