Eli did a great job explaining what might be going on with our water pooling on the grass near the spa. He took photos, walked the property and confirmed that there was a water leak and gave a few different options and next steps we might want to take. I’m not sure how we are going to proceed at my mom’s house but appreciate the free estimate so that we can make a decision. Thank you for a great experience Eli.

Jacot was great. They came out within an hour of calling. Victor was friendly and fully explained what he was going to do and he listened when I explained the issues (not all repairman listen). I really appreciated him and how quickly everything was fixed. Definitely will call again when needed.

The service provider was very professional and thorough with regard to the process. He provided detailed information as to the procedures and the process. He explained everything to me in terms that were easy to understand.

I was referred to Jacot Plumbing with no prior knowledge of this company, and I'm so glad I called. From ownership (Charles) and administration (Veronica) to service (Jesse), everyone I communicated with was courteous, competent, empathetic and kind. Jesse fixed our plumbing issue with the utmost skill and expertise, and he thoroughly explained his process with total professionalism. I recommend him highly. The best compliment any customer can give to a contractor is a request for more work, and we have identified Jacot Plumbing to address other plumbing items. Thank you, Charles, Verinica and Jesse for taking great care of us and our home...recently and in the future!

Victor was my service technician and he was so polite, kind and friendly, I felt like I had known him for a long time! He explained the process and gave me several options. His knowledge and professional demeanor was appreciated and I will highly recommend him to anyone I know who needs plumbing assistance. From a very satisfied customer!!!
