We had aging/failing bases on two of our toilets. We had reached out to Professional Plumbing to see if they could help us with replacements. Their professionalism through the process was unmatched and the timely responses gave us the confidence that we wouldn't be left waiting. They made us feel like we were priority #1 and because of this, we've engaged them for other plumbing needs we had since, and have been impressed each time.

5 stars for plumbing service? YES! You know how it is when the kitchen sink starts to backup and the wife is freaking out because dirty water is everywhere, you need a plumber fast. Well, that was my experience with Professional Plumbing, fast and efficient service. And they even explained why we continually have the same problem - there's a drop or bow in the main line that gets filled up with heavy stuff like paper and grease. The recommendation is to do a regular cleanout, like every 3-6 months, which I think is better (and cheaper) than replacing kitchen flooring and cabinets. (Been there, done that). Thank you Professional Plumbing, you saved my ass!
