I’m extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing a Dell Latitude 7490 from OCDepot. After the purchase, I discovered the laptop was still company-locked to the prior owner’s workplace, making it unusable for its intended purpose. This is a critical functionality issue that should have been identified and resolved before resale.
When I reached out, I was told that because their 30-day consignment window had passed and the consignor had already been paid, they could not offer a refund, exchange, or any form of support. In other words, once that window closes, the buyer is left completely on their own — even in cases where the product is effectively locked and unusable.
OCDepot offers no meaningful after-sale support beyond that period, regardless of the severity of the issue. Buyers should be aware that you are assuming significant risk when purchasing consignment electronics here.
Buyer beware — very disappointing experience.

I share the same sentiment as Elaine Ng below, OC Depot employee "Rona" is to helpful as a bag of rocks is to a floatation device. Rona has a terrible attitude and I will never consider purchasing anything from OC Depot again.

The main issue I had is the building is not marked as OCDepot, address matched so went in, signs inside.
I was greeted by a pair of eyes barely peeing over two massive monitors. I was asked if for pickup and my name. Very pleasant and polite. I was offered a seat while my items were brought up. Everything went smoothly.

Sold faulty computer to me on eBay. Has 1 month warranty, even though just about every retailer selling imacs offers a 1 year warranty. 1 month warranty exists because they have no confidence in the products sold. This is essentially them saying "theres no way we can guarantee this computer will even work in 6 months". Refurbished means refurbished, but to OC Depot it means "Well..the computer turned on...so that means it's in great condition". Computer worked upon arrival, but quickly declined in usability due to failing graphics card amongst other potential issues. Seller stopped responding even though I have legitimate issues. "More than $20,795,925 Sold" but $600 refunded is out of the question. 99% positive feedback, but 22 negative reviews in the past year that weren't addressed in addition to mine. As long as 99% are happy, then we have no reason to care about the 1% who received a failing unit. I don't need a copy paste PR response from the owner, I need a refund. More than happy to change my review after a refund.

BUYER BEWARE. This company uses unethical business tactics and refuses to fulfill its obligations to its own customers when it doesn't fit their fleeting need to make an extra buck at someone else's expense. I sent an order that Chris at OC Depot received and acknowledged, and after we sent the requested payment, they decided several hours later to sell the product to someone else, claiming instead that "they haven't received payment from me so they don't have an obligation to fulfill the order". No ethical company operates this way.
EDIT: After reading the owner's response below, I had to respond. The claims made below are patently FALSE. I did speak with both Chris and the management team that day, and I did not miss a single call from them. I was in constant communication with them about this.
And maybe the item was sold before I sent payment but ONLY in the scenario where the seller sold the item before they quoted me, which they did not make clear prior to quoting. In fact, the seller received my PO, acknowledged my PO, requested payment, we sent payment, and then and only then (an hour later) did Chris respond and tell me that "they didn't receive payment and we just sold it", ignoring the fact that they received payment within MINUTES of requesting it. And anyway, who acknowledges an order and then reneges on it only because payment was received minutes after the acknowledgement?
The owner's claim that they have dozens of people say they will buy a product but then not buy it is NOT THIS CASE. I bought the product, this company confirmed the purchase, and then decided hours later to sell to someone else, and tried to fault me for late payment, which was also not the case. Unethical business tactics, and clearly full of lies in an attempt to smear me and make themselves look innocent.
