⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If I could give Compu-Signs Inc more than five stars, I absolutely would. My experience with Julio was exceptional from beginning to end. I walked into his shop around 5:30 PM with a large, detailed order for my food truck, including multiple large vinyl graphics, logos, gold lettering, and other branding materials. I needed everything quickly because I was leaving the area, and instead of turning me away or rushing through my order, Julio took the time to go through every single detail with me. His shop was scheduled to close at 9:00 PM, but Julio stayed until approximately 10:30 PM to personally make sure my entire order was completed correctly. He never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him, and despite the amount of work involved, he didn't add a rush fee. The quality of the finished work absolutely blew me away. My graphics were printed on quality 3M material and laminated, and the colors, details, clarity, and overall finish were stunning. Before finding Compu-Signs, I had received a quote elsewhere for more than three times what Julio charged me for comparable work. What impressed me most was that the tremendous savings did not mean sacrificing quality. If anything, the finished product exceeded my expectations. But what impressed me most wasn't the price—it was Julio himself. While he worked, he took the time to show me how to properly apply the vinyl and demonstrated the flexibility and quality of the material. He freely shared his knowledge and answered my questions. Then, without me asking, he surprised me with over 50 small, laminated, contour-cut versions of my business logo that I can share with customers. It was an incredibly thoughtful and generous gesture. During the evening, I also had the opportunity to learn about Julio's journey as a business owner. He started his business at only 22 years old and has now been in business for 32 years. As a fellow immigrant building my own business while serving full-time in the U.S. Army, hearing his story and witnessing his work ethic firsthand was incredibly inspiring. After 32 years in business, Julio is still personally working, paying attention to the smallest details, taking care of his customers, and staying after hours when necessary to make sure the job is done right. That tells me a lot about both his character and why his business has stood the test of time. I walked into Compu-Signs looking for someone to print graphics for my food truck. I walked out with beautiful work, an incredible customer experience, valuable knowledge, and tremendous respect for the man behind the business. Julio, thank you for treating my business and my vision as though they mattered to you. That meant more to me than you probably realize. Compu-Signs has earned a long-term customer. Even after I return to Hawaii, I plan to continue using them and having my future printing shipped to me. The staff were amazing. I had a very tight budget and made a spreadsheet and contacted around 10 businesses. CompuSigns beat everyone in almost every category/ product. Besides that the respect with which you are treated and professionalism is above par. I will continue working with them for sure.
