Working with the company was excellent. The crew was fantastic, very meticulous, and very thorough in their work. We got HVAC and paint done, and they even fixed all of the trim too! AC was very informative and walked us through everything prior to the painting. They did great work and kept everything very clean. Everyone was on time and very cordial and polite. Overall, if I had other houses I would definitely use you guys again and recommend anyone to use them. I always thought it would be difficult to get this job done, but they made it very easy. Will definitely be using Efficient Construction again.

Efficient Construction did a great job with my coating work done to home. Isaiah and Mike were great to work with as well. Would recommend. The preparation and paint crew with Juan was absolutely amazing, we had a lot of stucco falling off, our Fascia was old and chipped and was fully replaced since the original wood was damaged. They painted our security doors, our garage, our cracks were caulked and sealed. Juan and his team were amazing and and finished our multi family home. I would recommend reminding the crew to prime an area prior, to ensure you can see the true color of the paint. I would definitely recommend.

We had our roof redone by Efficient Construction, the crew and team were all very professional. They cleaned up well after every day of work and craftsmanship is amazing. We are very satisfied with how our roof turned out and overall it was an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend anyone looking to get a new roof, you will not be disappointed.

We had our roof replaced and the exterior of our home painted, and we’re very happy with the results. The team was professional, arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the project, and kept the work area clean. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and everything was completed as promised. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable roofing and painting services.
