We are a three-unit condo complex in North Redondo Beach, and we can't say enough good things about First Choice Fire Protection. The front office is great with scheduling and confirmations; the service staff is on time, knowledgeable, and shares the status of the system while on-site; they test and confirm each aspect of the central fire system and, of course, certify and label the central fire enclosure to be sure that our City is notified. Prices for annual service are reasonable. The service staff is very thorough. We've lived here for many years and gone through several of these services; we are lucky to have found First Choice Fire Protection. Highly recommended, A+++ on all parts of the service experience.

So glad I found First Choice! They're experts at what they do, their service is excellent, prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend First Choice Fire Protection.

★★★★★ First Choice came out for an inspection and the tech was sharp, professional, and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. Actually pointed out we were overpaying on our service contract and helped us get that corrected. Honest, efficient, easy to work with. Highly recommend.

First Choice Fire Protection was excellent to work with. Their technicians were on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything and made sure our system was fully compliant. Highly recommend their services.
