Very disappointing customer service experience. The representatives were extremely rude and, on more than one occasion, hung up the phone while I was still speaking simply because I was trying to ask questions and get clarification. Customers should be able to ask questions without being dismissed or treated disrespectfully. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and provides better training and accountability for its customer service team.

Company is a scam I was paying an extremely high amount for my insurance fee every month got into a car accident I was not at fault and they said I was at fault to some drunk driver. This company only strive for money from the customers. They do not genuinely care or want to help us. They just want our money.
