Joshua seems like a nice guy. I just expected better customer service and client care. The communication was not as consistent or reliable as I had hoped for. And the guidance and support, on specific questions/issues, were lacking for me. I know that I was a new client and he has plenty of long standing clients but this was just my experience and constructive feedback. I genuinely do wish the best for him and his business going forward.

This is our first year using JWJ accounting and we couldn't be happier! We had a very bad experience with our last tax person and this has been a delight! Josh and Keith are incredibly responsive, easy to reach, so easy to talk to, friendly and extremely knowledgeable! I had some very complicated family tax issues, unrelated to our personal return, and Josh was able to do incredible forensic accounting work. I was SO impressed! You want a smart and detailed tax accountant but the fact that they are both so personable and fun is an added bonus. One thing I particularly appreciate is that if they don't know the answer to something there is no pretending or bluffing, they simply say they don't know and then (quickly) go find the answer. This sort of honesty makes it easy to put our full trust in them. My husband and I both feel that there is great integrity and intelligence at JWJ accounting. I've been going to JWJ Accounting for a few years now. I only see Joshua once a year when I need to get my taxes done, but I count that as a good thing. He does my tax filling right the first time. I never feel rushed when during our meetings, and he is very patient when I have questions about my filings. He is also very friendly. I feel that I am paying more for peace of mind that my taxes are filed correctly. I recommend JWJ Accounting!
