Horrible customer service. Spoke w Gurgen who was rude and didnt care

If you get "Ann" as a service representative, be prepared to have all your rational facilities tested, and your patience tried to the max. I was transferred from the California lifeline people, to them to get my account# and transfer pin. My service provider, Connect to as luck would have it I got Ann as my representative! After an hour on hold and an hour of trying to find my account I still haven't got my transfer pin
