After receiving a warning notice from my house insurance company, I needed to find a Licensed Roof Replacement Contractor ASAP. I reached out to Alex, at Estrada Construction who was very easy and polite to communicate on the phone and text with. Gave me a great no-hassle estimate! He brought his whole crew, Alex and Ishmael, and finished the 1100 square-foot job in two days! They were on time every day, they laid down a tarp on my whole front yard to catch the debris (and there was a lot!) and they bagged up all the garbage and took care of all the waste. (They even took my leftover Waste from a previous job!) I had an 85 year roof, complete with old cedar shingles and asphalt shingles from separate repairs and overlayments…. So they had to put all new plywood, new underlayment, and new asphalt shingles over the whole thing. They included 4 new roof vents that were color matched, and painted/repaired the other existing vents to match the new (midnight color from Owens Corning). Alex mentioned he can do a full kitchen remodel and a bathroom remodel in 7 to 10 days, so I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that they took care of everything so quickly! At the end of the job, they even painstakingly adjusted a few aesthetic details, With no ego and an honest will to please. I will definitely use them again, for my next project! Maybe an outdoor shower? Full exterior paint of my 2 story multi unit property? Alex was down for doing both!

We just had the pleasure of working with Alex and his amazing crew at Estrada Renovations. They meticulously painted the exterior of our 1905 Craftsman house and we're so happy with the results. From the first meeting until the finish, Alex was so easy to communicate with, and always responded to any questions right away. The painters on his crew were always on time, worked hard, and also just a pleasure to be around. They did whatever needed to be done and did it well., including needed repairs. We have used so many contractors & workers over the years on many jobs. Anyone who has done that knows that things don't always go well. Not every contractor has great ethics or standards of the work. Some take your deposit and disappear until convenient for them. We had the opposite experience with Estradas Renovations. We will definitely want to use their services again. And highly recommend them! Thank you to the guys that painted our house- -you did an incredible job and we LOVE it!!! The neighbors are asking for your number Alex!

Alex and his team did a wonderful job on our project. We had them do a partial remodel of our bathroom and smaller tasks like re-caulking our kitchen backsplash. Alex was highly communicative and set reasonable expectations throughout the process. If we found any minor issues, the team immediately addressed them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this remodeling in Burbank to anyone looking for quality remodeling work.

My Kitchen area was a disaster from amajot leak coming from the balcony, sliding door and the roof. Estradas Renovations found all three leaks that were causing the damage to the kitchen. After the leaks were resolved they repaired all the damaged drywall and treated the exposed wood for mold and termites. After all that Estradas Renovations proceeded to remodel my entire kitchen. Alex, Ismael and Steven did an excellent job with the whole project, I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Being this was a rental unit I was worried about how long the project would take, but they completed the whole project in 8 days. Not only are they fast, but there prices are very competitive. I would not hesitate to use them on future projects. Thank You Estradas Renovations!

Estradas Renovations was recommended to me by a friend. I gave them a call , they came next day and they gave me a free estimate for my roof. They quoted me a very good price compared to all other roofers I had contacted. They did amazing work to my roof I’ll leave pictures of the before and after. The work was done quite fast and the company was super easy to work with. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. Also they do various other things besides roofs.
