after a house fire caused major damage to our home, we interviewed several remodeling contractors before starting the rebuild. when we met with leonard and zachary, we could tell right away they understood both the structural challenges and the personal stress that come with restoring a damaged older home. we are very detail oriented and had a clear vision for our remodel, and they were patient, professional, and easy to work with throughout the whole process. they explained the unexpected issues and added renovation costs in a simple way, especially with an older home that needed extra repair work after the fire. once the plans were approved, the rebuilding process moved forward smoothly, and any surprises were handled quickly and with care. they also found and addressed damage that had been missed earlier, which gave us a lot of confidence in the quality of the work. the finished home looks beautiful, and the construction timeline was impressively fast from start to finish. we were told we would be back in our home much sooner than expected, and they delivered. what seemed like it could turn into a very long restoration was completed in about seven months, which made a stressful situation much easier for our family. zachary was especially helpful in guiding us through floor plan choices, design updates, and finish selections so the space truly felt like our home again. dale also helped coordinate materials and vendor options that matched our style and budget, which made the remodeling process feel organized and manageable. their attention to detail, communication, and thoughtful design helped turn a difficult fire restoration into a beautiful home remodel in glendale. i would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable remodeling services, especially if you want a team that listens, works efficiently, and delivers quality results.

First and foremost, leonard the contractor is great. He is efficient, detail-oriented, honest, and reasonably priced. Before I chose a remodeling company, I looked into at least 8 different contractors, and leonard stood out as the best value and one of the most knowledgeable. He also seemed like the easiest and most understanding person to work with. At first, I only reached out about new flooring, but i soon learned he could handle the full scope of home remodeling, which was a huge plus. Once I realized that, i decided to move forward with a whole-house remodel instead of just one upgrade. That included flooring, finish work, and other improvements that helped bring everything together. His crew was excellent. zachary and dale were very professional, always on time, and followed through on everything they said they would do. The entire team kept the work area neat, communicated clearly, and made the remodeling process smooth from start to finish. They were skilled, respectful, and easy to have around during a major home renovation. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and i was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the workmanship and the way the project was managed. I would highly recommend this team for flooring, remodeling, and full home improvement projects, and I would absolutely use them again for future work.

We hired a home remodeling team for our kitchen and primary bathroom renovation, and they gave us a beautiful, practical result that stayed within our budget. The updates made the home feel fresh, modern, and ready for our new tenant. Before starting the project, we spoke with a couple of other contractors, but we did not feel as confident moving forward with them. From the first phone call to the final walkthrough, the remodeling team was professional, responsive, and efficient. Our project manager, Zachary, explained each step clearly and helped us understand what could affect the timeline, materials, and overall cost. The crew was skilled, detail-oriented, and easy to work with throughout the renovation. They also shared helpful design and layout suggestions based on their remodeling experience, which improved both the look and function of the kitchen and bathroom. We especially appreciated the attention to cabinetry, fixtures, finishes, and the small details that made the completed spaces feel polished. We are very happy with the final outcome and would gladly reach out again for future home renovation work in Glendale.

I recently remodeled both bathrooms and the kitchen, and the whole experience was excellent. My work schedule is very busy and changes a lot, so I really needed a home remodeling team I could count on. They were quick to answer my questions, open to my design ideas, and easy to work with throughout the renovation process. From the beginning, I felt confident trusting them with the plan we created together. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, and their attention to detail made my home feel even more beautiful and customized. Their knowledge of construction, finishes, and craftsmanship really showed in every part of the project. The timeline and budget were reviewed clearly up front, and any changes were explained and approved before extra work was done. Their communication stayed prompt, professional, and helpful the entire time. Since I was not always available to check on each phase of the remodeling, it meant a lot to have a reliable team managing everything so well. I highly recommend this crew for kitchen and bathroom remodeling, and I would gladly work with them again for future home updates in Glendale.
