My wife and I are so happy we chose this remodeling team for our home renovation in Glendale. Gabriel guided us through the full process, from the first design ideas to picking finishes, setting the schedule, handling permits, and managing all the important construction details. The crew of skilled craftsmen and remodeling specialists did an excellent job and made the whole experience smooth and organized. He kept us updated at every stage, answered our questions clearly, and worked with us on special requests so the final result matched our vision. We also appreciated the helpful advice on materials, layout, and design choices, which made it easier to make confident decisions. The quality of the workmanship really shows in every part of the remodel, and the finished space feels fresh, functional, and beautifully done. We are extremely pleased with how our newly remodeled home turned out and are excited to share it with friends and family.

I highly recommend Top Floors & Contractor for home restoration and remodeling work. I had a roof leak that led to water damage in my kitchen and part of the ceiling. I was having a hard time with the insurance process, so I reached out and Sean came to my home the same day to inspect the damage and explain the repair steps. Shortly after, the crew started opening the affected ceiling, setting up drying equipment, and protecting the kitchen area so the moisture would not spread further. The whole process was handled in a professional and organized way. Communication was clear, the team was friendly, and the work was done efficiently with solid craftsmanship. They also helped move the insurance claim forward, which made the experience much less stressful. I really appreciated how quickly they responded, how clean they kept the work area, and how well they restored the damaged space. I would definitely contact them again for future remodeling, repair, or restoration projects.

We are very happy with our remodeling experience. We have used this team several times for home improvement projects and have always been pleased with the results. They did an excellent job on our master bathroom remodel. The workmanship was high quality, the project stayed on schedule, and the price remained exactly what we agreed on from the start. Every worker was skilled, respectful, and trustworthy, which gave us a lot of peace of mind during the renovation. Now we are getting ready for our kitchen remodel, and the planning process has been just as impressive. We have met several times with Sean to go over the layout, design details, materials, and overall scope of work. The renderings and project visuals were amazing and made it easy to picture the finished space before demolition even begins. Their process is organized and detailed, from measurements and product selections to the itemized purchase list and design planning. It is clear they care about accuracy, communication, and quality craftsmanship. We could not be happier with the remodeling service and look forward to seeing our new kitchen come to life.

I feel very lucky to have met Jesus through Top Floors & Contractor. He and his crew put in real effort to make sure my home remodeling experience and the final work turned out better than expected. They kept me updated, explained each step clearly, and made sure I stayed in the loop during the whole renovation process. The project moved along on a solid timeline, and the workmanship was clean, professional, and well done. My biggest regret is not starting the project with them sooner. A while back, I chose a lower priced contractor for construction work at my house, thinking it would save money. That decision ended up causing delays, poor communication, and unfinished work. After dealing with that, I reached out again for help with my remodeling project, and Jesus responded quickly. He guided me through everything, from planning and materials to scheduling and final details, which made the process much less stressful. The whole team showed strong customer service, dependable follow-through, and quality craftsmanship. I am very happy with the finished results and how smoothly the renovation came together. I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable home improvement, remodeling, or contractor services in Glendale.

Top Floors & Contractor did an outstanding job on my kitchen remodel. Sean and the rest of the crew were always professional, easy to talk to, and very respectful throughout the whole process. They finished the work quickly, kept everything within the agreed budget, and truly brought my dream kitchen to life. It was important to me that the project stayed on schedule and that my family could still safely use the rest of our home during construction. The team made sure to clean up the work area every day, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend their services, and I’ll definitely reach out again when I’m ready to remodel my bathroom. I absolutely love my new kitchen!
