Pac-West Air Conditioning & Heating did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, provided honest recommendations, and completed the work with great attention to detail. The installation was clean, the technicians were courteous and respectful of our property, and everything was completed on schedule. I called pac west few days back for repair and maintenance vartan responded and showed up in under an hour. They did a great and clean job. Definitely recommend it!

I usually don’t post one star reviews and always support local businesses (you can check my profile). However, I wish I could have been another 5-star satisfied customer of their services. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. I had a serious issue with my heater. It wasn’t turning on and kept shutting off for some reason. I contacted this company, explained my issue, and they sent two technicians to fix it while no one was home. A few minutes later, I received a call saying they had fixed the problem, claiming it was just dirty sensors. Fine. I paid $200 and was happy that it was a simple fix. That same night, I had the exact same issue, nothing was fixed. Frustrated, I texted them at 3:00 AM, explaining again that I had an infant and my house was freezing. The next day, Vardan himself showed up, already annoyed, complaining that he had a lot of work to do, was way behind, and had to personally come for this small (or perhaps unimportant) job. Anyway, he replaced my air blower fan and told me I was all set. No diagnosis, no troubleshooting, just a quick swap. We turned on the heater, and while it worked for a bit, it wasn’t blowing enough hot air. When I pointed this out, he dismissed my concerns, saying, “No, man, this is how it’s supposed to be. You were just overheating it.” He completely ignored my main complaint and made excuses to brush me off. Fine. He charged me another $600 for a “new” air blower fan. Long story short, I still had the same issue. Frustrated, I went up to the roof, opened the panels, and inspected what he had actually done. That’s when I saw i! He had replaced my old fan with another old fan! You could easily tell by the old label on the so-called 'new' fan. It wasn’t functioning and kept shutting off. Also, I realized that my gas valve was half open, but I can't blame them for it since I'm not sure if they even touched it. They charged me $800 for nothing and were dismissive and dishonest. I ended up calling another HVAC technician. He did a proper troubleshoot, replaced the fan, and now my unit works perfectly. I won’t tell you whether to do business with these people, that’s up to you. But I will never contact them again and will make sure my friends and family know about their dishonesty and negligence. Maybe if I were a "higher tier" customer, they would have treated me better. P.S: Just read their response and see the attitude I was talking about; oppressive and entitled.

Vartan was very professional, I called them to come check my furnace and everything else HVAC related. He was nice enough to show me how the new smart technologies work with my new Ac systems. Everything is much better off my phone.

Pac-West Air Conditioning & Heating came by to clean my ducts and dryer vents. I also had them install new filters for all my AC so fresh new air is blowing through. Great jobs guys!.
