Could not have been happier. My wife called in because our AC stopped blowing cold air. Scheduled us same day for service. Robert our technician was on time as scheduled. He fixed the issue promptly and was very nice and personable. Price quoted was not overpriced either. Thank you Robert and So Cal team for keeping my family cool over this hot summer. Such great service I want to sign up for yearly maintenance! Robert was fantastic! He took the time to explain what my system needed and why, and even showed me before and after photos so I could see the difference. He was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. Pricing was good and they said 8-10 window and he was here 830.

Absolutely outstanding service! I called So Cal Air because my mom, who is a senior, had her air conditioning go out, leaving her home dangerously warm. After learning she was a senior, they were at her house within 20 minutes and had the issue fixed right away. The technician was incredibly kind, courteous, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. On top of that, their pricing was very fair and reasonable. It’s rare to find a company that combines such quick response times with genuine compassion and excellent customer service. We are so grateful for their help and will absolutely be using So Cal Air again in the future. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Robert. My AC stopped blowing and they were able to get someone out in a few days. Turns out the motor fan blower was out so we had to get that replaced. It took a few days to get it because the motor supplier has the most inconvenient schedule and was on the west side. Nonetheless Robert was really accommodating and drove all over town multiple times for this without one complaint. When we got the motor he fixed it super quick. Will continue to use them to service my HVAC.

I called two other 5 star Yelp Air Conditioning companies, they never called back. So Cal answered the phone - NO AI, No answering service, just a friendly woman who was super helpful. She took my information, booked a time. They sent me an email confirmation, text updates to the appointment with the name and phone number of the technician. He came on time, found the problem, fixed it and was out of here within an hour. He also went into the attic and changed my filter for no extra charge. This is what I call a friendly, efficient and fair company. I’m a client forever..
