I'd say my experience with Tony and the team was pretty middle-of-the-road, which is why I'm landing at 3 stars. On the positive side, their creative work is solid. The design team is easy to work with, they do a good job understanding the vision, and their photo/video production team puts together quality content. If you're looking for branding, creative assets, or content creation, that's definitely where they shine. Where things fell short for me was on the performance marketing side. Website development, SEO, and PPC are the channels that typically drive growth, leads, and revenue for most businesses, especially in a competitive market like Los Angeles. Unfortunately, I didn't see the same level of expertise or results in those areas as I did from the creative team. There’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to strategy, execution, and overall digital growth. Overall, the team is professional, responsive, and genuinely good people. I don't regret working with them, but I also wouldn't consider them the right fit for businesses that are looking to aggressively scale through SEO, paid ads, or technical website optimization. If creative is your main priority, they're worth a look. If growth marketing is your primary focus, you may want to do a little more homework before making a decision.
