Called Gary's Rooter & Hydro Jetting for a plumbing issue and couldn't be happier with the service. Gary and his team showed up right on time. Gary ran a camera through the pipes to pinpoint the exact issue, then did a full jet wash to clear it out. What really stood out was how he walked me through everything step by step, showing me the camera footage and explaining what he found and what he did to fix it. The whole process was fast, professional, and transparent. No guesswork, no upselling, just honest, knowledgeable work. Highly recommend Gary's Rooter & Hydro Jetting to anyone dealing with plumbing issues.

You won’t find a better plumbing crew than Gary and his team. They did a massive job at our house, replacing old cast iron under the foundation, relining the main lateral, and installing a top-hat seal at the city connection. The bid was also very competitive. Gary’s communication was perfect from start to finish, keeping us updated on every step of the process. The crew itself was a pleasure to have around, friendly, professional, and left the worksite completely spotless when they were done. Easy 10 stars out of 5! Absolute professionals!

Huge thanks to Gary’s Roto-Rooter for coming out on Memorial Day weekend and taking care of our issue so quickly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and got the camera inspection done right away so we could identify and fix the problem fast. Best of all, the pricing was fair and reasonable and no pressure tactics. Really appreciate the fast response and most importantly honest service. Highly recommend!

Gary and team came out almost immediately when I called on short notice. They arrived earlier than expected, explained everything thoroughly and provided great service. They gave me options and let me watch and showed me where the problems were in my main sewer line. Because of his camera I saw before and after video of my sewer line. I am very satisfied with Gary and highly recommend him. Very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Thanks, Gary!

Gary is still the best! He’s been our go to hydrojetter for years now and his professionalism and expertise has not diminished at all. He is still easy to communicate with, schedule with and pricing is extremely fair. I appreciate how patient he is with explaining what he sees. His recommendations for ongoing care and things to watch for that might indicate a bigger issue are also incredibly helpful. He is very organized and will send you a copy of the hydrojetting video once the job is done. I really don’t trust anyone but Gary to touch our sewer lines.
