We were getting our RV ready for the next trip when i heard an odd sound by the hot water tank at our home in Glendale. After checking around, i could tell a plumbing water line had started leaking, even though the exact spot was hard to see at first. My home warranty company set up the service call, and that is how Real Plumbing was assigned for the repair. When i called the office to explain the plumbing issue, the customer service was great. They offered a same day appointment and gave me a clear arrival window, which helped a lot during a stressful leak. raymond and elias arrived well within that time and immediately started troubleshooting the problem. They found the leaking line quickly, explained what was going on in simple terms, and moved fast to get everything handled. Because the repair needed a few approvals through the warranty process, there could have been delays, but they stayed on top of it and kept things moving. What started as a rough day with water around the tank area became much easier to manage. They were friendly, skilled, and direct, and they made me feel confident the plumbing repair was in good hands. The leak was fixed properly, the hot water system area was safe again, and i was able to start drying everything out right away. I really appreciated the smooth communication, quick response, and solid plumbing service from beginning to end.

I had a really great experience with Elias from Real Plumbing. My tankless water heater was not working right, and he quickly figured out the plumbing issues that needed attention. He had all the needed parts and materials on his truck, which saved time and made the repair process smooth. He replaced an overflow and pressure valve right away and also ran a new hot water line to my washer very quickly. He was prompt, professional, friendly, and easy to talk to, with no pushy sales talk or unnecessary upselling. He explained everything clearly, kept the work area neat, and made sure the hot water system was working properly before leaving. I highly recommend him, and when I am ready to install a whole-house water filter, I will definitely call again.

Elias and his team really came through for us when our basement in Glendale flooded just before the holidays. They responded right away, helped get water running back to our house, and even tracked down a special water heater that other plumbing companies said would be impossible to find during the busy season. The installation was quick, professional, and reasonably priced. Compared to other plumbers we reached out to, Elias and his crew were friendly and dependable. We’re so thankful we found them and highly recommend their plumbing services. We’ll definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

i highly recommend real plumbing for any sewer line replacement work. we recently had to deal with a big plumbing headache in glendale—our main sewer line needed to be replaced after constant backups, even after we tried hydrojetting. a friend in construction suggested real plumbing, saying they'd handle everything smoothly, and they really did. from the start, raymond and elias were honest about the challenges, especially with a huge tree and tough roots right over the pipe. they carefully dug up the area and explained all our options, making sure we understood the risks and benefits of each one. what really impressed us was their dedication to finishing the job on time. we had my son's birthday coming up that weekend, and they stayed late every day to make sure everything was done, even when unexpected issues popped up. i didn’t have to ask for special treatment—once they heard about the party, they made sure to get everything wrapped up. when they had to cut into a section of colored concrete, they even found matching color from their warehouse to make the patch look just right. that thoughtful touch made a big difference. for such an important project like sewer main replacement, you can count on this team to do it right and care about your needs.

I was searching online for a local plumber in Glendale to help with a copper pipe repair. You never really know when a small leak could turn into a big problem, so I decided to call Real Plumbing. Within 15 minutes, Elias called me back. He responded super quickly and even offered to come by that same evening to fix my leaking copper pipe. I was really glad he was able to come out so fast. It's not easy to find a plumber who is truly available 24/7 and ready to help right away. Elias arrived promptly and finished the repair in no time. He was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. My wife and I were very grateful for the quick and quality service we received. If you need a reliable plumber any time of day or night, I highly recommend giving them a call. They really know how to take care of their customers!
