Software works decent, but company lied to us about going month to month and now are locked into another year of service after going to a new platform. Turnover rate for their account reps is incredibly high we have had over 10 different account reps in our short 2 years on the platform. They told us that what happened was someone forgot or didn’t know to switch us to month to month because the reps kept quitting and it got lost in transition. So even though they admitted that’s what likely happened, we are still stuck paying for their service and another one as well. Would not recommend using this company.

Our company has been using ServiceTitan for almost four years. The entire team is amazing. Their software has significantly streamlined our daily operations, improved our dispatching efficiency, and helped us provide a much better experience for our customers. The support team is always responsive and helpful whenever we have questions. We have been using Service Titan for about about two years now, but my knowledge of the platform has been fairly isolated to my specific job functions. However, we have recently started working with our CSM, Artyom Tananyan, and he has been very helpful! He is knowledgeable, accessible and extremely patient too! He has a great disposition, and is a joy to work with. Service Titan has been a great platform for us all the way around.

Service Titan has allowed us to get to that next level, learning curve is longer than expected but all good things take time, it's well worth it. I would recommend having one dedicated person to integrate. Depending on your business, 6-months Heavy lifting, Next 12-Month moderate lifting, 18+ months a designated "Go-To" to maintain.
