Preston and the crew at Palmetto Roofing Experts Glendale went well beyond what I expected. I was pretty nervous since it was my first time working with a roofer and handling an insurance claim, but Preston was patient, friendly, and explained every step in a simple way from the start. He was easy to reach, answered my questions quickly, and kept the whole roofing project moving smoothly. From inspection to roof installation, everything was handled faster than I expected, especially with so many homeowners in Glendale needing roof work after recent wind damage. The workmanship was excellent, the new shingles look great, and the overall roof quality really stands out. While I was still waiting on a few other exterior repairs, a wind gust lifted a shingle on the garage. Within about a week, a repair crew came out, fixed it, and checked the rest of the roofing system to make sure everything was in good shape. I was very impressed with how organized and stress-free the whole experience was. The pricing felt fair for the local market, and the quality of the roofing work matched the cost. Preston guided me through the insurance process and handled communication with the other parties, so I did not have to juggle multiple contractors or adjusters. That made the entire job much easier for me. They have absolutely earned my trust, and I have already recommended them to others who need reliable roof repair or roof replacement in Glendale. I would gladly tell anyone to call them if they want honest service, strong communication, and great roofing results.

Bryson was our project manager with Palmetto Roofing Experts Glendale. After seeing Bryson’s crew handle a roof replacement on a home across the street, we knew who to call when our own roof needed attention in Glendale. When that time came, the whole process felt easy and well organized from start to finish. Bryson handled the communication with our insurance company and even stayed on top of the shingle color choices and roofing material requirements set by our neighborhood HOA. He took care of the small issues that came up during the claim process with a few quick calls, which saved us a lot of time and stress. It was a huge relief not having to figure out all the roofing details, paperwork, and insurance steps on our own. Once the claim was approved, the roofing job moved quickly. The shingle delivery was scheduled carefully so access around the home was considered, and the crew arrived on time ready to work. They came prepared with the tools and materials they needed, so there was no wasted time going back and forth. They protected our backyard deck with tarps and used ropes to guide old roofing debris down safely, keeping the work area neat and controlled. Bryson stopped by during the project to check the progress and make sure everything was being done right. The roofers worked steadily through the day and completed nearly all of the roof replacement on the first day. They came back early the next morning to wrap up the remaining shingles, inspect the finished roof, and clean the property thoroughly. In warm Glendale weather, they still kept a strong pace without cutting corners. What stood out most was the cleanup and attention to detail. When the work was done, the site was left in great shape, and we did not have extra mess or follow-up work to deal with. Bryson also called early on the second day to confirm that we were happy with the results. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and stress free. The quality of the new roof, the communication, and the care shown to our property were all outstanding. This team truly earned more stars than we can give.

Trenton and his crew were excellent. After a heavy rain in Glendale, we noticed a roof leak and called several roofing companies to get an estimate. One company said they were too busy for a small roofing repair, and a few others took my information but never followed up. This team scheduled a roof inspection right away, and Trenton arrived exactly on time. He carefully checked the roof, found the source of the leak, took several photos, and clearly explained the needed roofing repair in simple terms. He provided a fair estimate that was actually a little lower than I expected. I approved the work on the spot because he made the whole process easy and professional. The roofing crew came out the next morning and finished the repair quickly and efficiently. They sealed the problem area, handled the work with care, and left everything clean. The final price matched the estimate with no surprises. Trenton and his team were dependable, honest, and easy to work with. I would gladly call them again for any future roofing work or a full roof replacement, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in Glendale needing roof repair or roofing service.

Palmetto Roofing Experts Glendale was recommended to me by several people, and after i compared a few roofing quotes for a full roof replacement on my home in Glendale, their price was the most reasonable. They stayed on schedule through the whole process, from the inspection and estimate to tear-off, installation, cleanup, and final walkthrough. The entire roofing job moved along smoothly and was finished within just a few weeks with no issues at all. shaun and the crew were careful around my property, protected the landscaping, and kept the work area clean each day. They were friendly, professional, and respectful to my family, which made the whole experience much easier. The new roof looks great, the materials appear high quality, and i feel very confident in the workmanship warranty they provided. They also went beyond the original scope of work by helping with a small chimney flashing-related item i asked about, and they handled it without adding extra cost. What stood out most was their honesty. One part of the estimate included replacing a section of flashing for several hundred dollars, but once the roofing work began, they found that the existing piece was still in good shape and did not need replacement. Instead of charging for unnecessary work, they removed that amount from the final bill. That kind of straight dealing says a lot about a roofing contractor. bryson explained everything clearly, preston made sure the details were handled well, and the whole project showed real integrity. In a warm place like Glendale, having a dependable roof that can handle strong sun and seasonal weather matters a lot, and i am very pleased with the results. This was an excellent experience from start to finish, and they deserve the highest praise.

My husband and I recently hired a roofing and exterior crew for a full upgrade on our home in Glendale, including a new roof, siding, windows, gutters, and shutters. Our experience, led by Preston, was excellent from start to finish. The workmanship was high quality, the roofing installation was handled with care, and Preston kept the whole project organized and easy to follow. He also helped us work through the insurance claim, which made the process much less stressful. We are very happy with the finished results and the level of service we received. The team showed strong attention to detail, clear communication, and real professionalism throughout the job. If you need roofing or exterior home improvement work, we highly recommend this crew for their dependable service, quality craftsmanship, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
