They send emails a day before unannounced inspection. They charge “stale package” fees when they upgrade their Amazon lockers and don’t have the software to handle it. They make their residents pay for their faults. The plumbing SUCKS. Their drawers are stapled instead of installed. Everything brakes and then they blame it on the tenant.

Maintenance is exceptional! Jose Perez is fantastic. Help us quickly fix our dishwasher and helped us add more shelving afterwards! He was efficient, kind, and very professional. Avalon is a great place to live but the amazing staff, like Jose, is why we continue to stay.

We’ve had a great experience living in this community. The property is well maintained, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the staff is always professional and helpful. I especially want to thank Jose Perez. He is always very attentive, respectful, and responsive whenever something needs to be fixed in our apartment 1511. He arrives quickly, explains everything clearly, and makes sure the problem is fully resolved. It’s clear that he truly cares about the residents and takes pride in his work. His professionalism and positive attitude are greatly appreciated. Any issues or requests are handled quickly, which really makes living here comfortable and stress-free.
