CMH Label Group has been using Avatar Computer Consulting since 2001, and we highly recommend them. Avatar handles our backup, antivirus management, server colocation, and workstation patching needs. The level of service they provide is exceptional. From proactive system management to seamless backups and tested disaster recovery procedures, Avatar has ensured our systems are and remain reliable and efficient. These services are not only executed flawlessly, but also customized to meet our specific requirements. What sets Avatar apart is their proactive approach. Their team often identifies and resolves issues before we even notice them, allowing us to focus on our core business operations. David Haerle, President CMH Label Group

Avatar has highly trained technical people with excellent expertise in solving network and computer desktop and mobile phone issues relating to office software and operating systems. They are really proficient at trouble-shooting and understanding and fixing random computer IT issues as they arise from viruses and malware. Many times their perservance and dedication solves complicated issues that simply persist until handled properly. They have been very helpful and pro-active in keeping our computers stable and operating efficiently. I would recommend them enthusiastically for any IT work that involves intricate knowledge of the workings of the hardware and software of the system involved.

For over 15 years, Rob, Sid and the Avatar staff has been essential to keeping our tax office working, our data safe (and we are under regular attack), and fixing problems quickly. So many times, in the middle of a big project or a tight deadline, we had problems that required quick understanding and fast action. Not only do they have the technical expertise, but having planned and designed the whole computer system, gives them an intimate understanding of our needs and how we operate a time-sensitive business on time and on deadline. To say that we love working with them is almost an understatement. They are not just essential vendors, mission-critical in all areas of our success, but they are partners in the whole enterprise. Lots of smart people out there in IT, but what Avatar brings is deep experience in the sort of support that isn't looking for only easy answers. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

We have worked with Avatar Consulting for over 15 years and highly recommend their services. They are knowledgeable, responsive, and quick to resolve IT issues whether remotely or onsite. They are always easy to reach and consistently provide fast, reliable support. It has been a pleasure working with them over the years.

Our company has used Avatar Computer Consulting for many years. We would be lost without them. Each member of this company is a rock star. They make everything so easy. No problem is a big deal. We use them for our personal use too. We have referred them to many other friends and family.
