J&L did an excellent job on our bathroom floor. Not every company is quick to take on a smaller job, but J&L was responsive and flexible with our timeline. Larissa was a joy to work with. Communicated well and often. Personally came by our home before and after the job was done. When a plumber was required to come replace the toilet, Larissa made the arrangement with an excellent plumber for a seamless transition on the same day of the install. And she arranged for a painter to come paint the new baseboards. We were so pleased with the results completely quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this company.

I know it can be a nightmare hiring contractors. Often times they over promise and under deliver. Larrisa from J&L Innovative Flooring is somebody you can count on. Larrisa is very knowledgeable and can get you the best pricing on your flooring needs through her various networks . My flooring project went flawlessly. My installer Enrique had over 20 years experience and did not cut any corners to save time or money. You’ll thank me later for recommending Larrisa .

Larissa and Jose recently helped us in the aftermath of a slab leak in our home. They were professional, supportive, informative without being pushy in the least. They helped us pick out good quality flooring at their display center. We were even able to take samples home to try out under different lighting/times of day. That really helped us make a decision we were comfortable with and excited about. Communication, timelines, information were all on point. When we hit an unexpected issue in the discovery of additional water damage in our home, they were able to think on their feet and help make the necessary changes to the plan. They were busy but always managed to find the time to accommodate our changing situation. The cherry on top was when Jose found an amazing flooring solution to an unexpected issue that we were struggling with in our kitchen. We were faced with the possibility of losing electrical connection for our kitchen island because of a botched job done by the previous contractor but Jose was able to take care of it and still safely install flooring. Lastly, the team cleaned up perfectly after they left. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. The work itself is great quality. Our family is enjoying our new floors - I still can't believe this is my home! We will be returning for future flooring needs and would absolutely recommend them any day. Thank you Jose and Larissa!

J & L Innovative Flooring gave me a competitive quote. Larissa did a good job at estimating the number of boxes needed for the flooring. Enrique & helper removed the existing tiles on day one and installed the wood floorings the next 2 days. He did a fantastic job of connecting the old and new floors without any noticeable blemish. He was very meticulous at his work and result was great.

We highly recommend J&L Innovative Flooring. Larissa and Jose are a great team. Larissa is very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. They installed vinyl plank flooring and baseboards in two bathrooms upstairs and one bath and laundry room downstairs. I appreciated that she brought large samples to choose from. Larissa was good at communicating and being responsive to scheduling and any concerns we had. Jose and his assistant did an excellent job installing and completing the installation for all four rooms in one day. We are happy and satisfied and would recommend them to family and friends. I already recommended them to a neighbor who had water damage from recent storms.
