Genuine, Fair, and Quick Local Service! I ran into an urgent issue where a single room in my house completely lost power. After searching for local help, I reached out to Turn Electric and could not be happier with the experience. They arrived right away, offered a free in-home quote, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue for a very fair price ($500 flat for same-day service and repair). Steve walked me through everything he was doing so I was aware and informed. He didn’t just arbitrarily give me a price. He justified it every step of the way! Steve and his son, Daniel, did an outstanding job fixing our broken light switch, which had shorted and cut power to three rooms. I called several highly rated electricians in the Valley on a Saturday for quotes, but they didn’t have appointments for several days. A couple different companies even appeared to have the same answering service, which seemed strange (?!). Fortunately, Steve answered my call himself and was available to come within ca. 30 minutes. He quickly identified the problem, which was a broken plastic piece in the light switch that then shorted the wiring when we tried fixing it ourselves (which was not a good idea!). Steve quickly repaired it, explaining everything and reviewing all the breakers with us. Quick, responsive, and highly competent service at a reasonable price, especially on a weekend with short notice. A bonus was the very friendly, nice service!

Steve and Daniel came by to install my attic fan. First of all let me say this is no easy task. Climbing into a hot attic and working amongst all the wires and beams seems very difficult. I could tell Steve is a hardworking man that wants to do a good job. He took care and pride in his work. I worry anytime someone has to go up into the attic, but there is no quit in him. Both Steve and Daniel were very friendly and professional.

Steve is fantastic and efficient! My kitchen outlets went out and resetting the breakers did not do the trick so I gave Steve a call on a Tuesday evening. He was able to fit me in the following afternoon. Him and his son Daniel arrived on time and ready to work. Within 20 minutes of my appointment I had power! He was knowledgeable, made sure everything was working again before he left and was reasonably priced. I highly recommend Steve for your electrical needs.

We had a great experience with Turn Electric. Steve and Daniel were professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. They even arrived early, got straight to work, and completed everything efficiently while still being very thorough. We originally scheduled them to update several outlets to GFCI, and they did an excellent job. Throughout the process they took the time to explain what they were doing and why the updates were important, which we really appreciated. They also pointed out a couple of things we may want to consider in the future, like installing a 240V outlet in the garage for EV charging and adding grounding to our tankless water heater. What stood out most was that they weren’t pushy at all—they simply shared helpful recommendations and left the decision up to us. Overall, it was a very positive experience. Honest, professional service and quality work. We’ll definitely call Turn Electric again for future electrical projects and would gladly recommend them to others.
