I cannot say enough great things about David from American Plumbing Professionals! I was dealing with a Moen water flow issue at my elderly parents' home and was incredibly frustrated after Moen’s recommended plumbers refused to help without me doing measurements and prep work—even before they'd agree to come out. Then I found David on Moen’s approved plumber list, and what a difference! I was calling from out of state, and David took the time to personally go to my parents' home, assess the situation, and provide a free estimate. A week later, he completed the job professionally and with a smile on his face the entire time. His pricing was very reasonable and his attitude was kind, patient, and respectful—especially important when working with elderly clients. Weeks later, when my mom had a small technical issue with the device, I called David again. Not only did he immediately answer my call, he happened to be nearby and stopped by their house at no charge to fix the issue. He kindly walked my mom through troubleshooting and even helped her set up the app on her phone. Throughout the process, he kept me updated with calls and reassured me every step of the way. David went above and beyond in every sense of the word. He is honest, dependable, professional, and genuinely cares about his customers. If you’re looking for a plumber you can trust, look no further than David at American Plumbing Professionals. Highly recommended!

I met American Plumbing Professionals while working on another job site, I was so impressed with their quality and attention to detail. I now refer David and his team to my personal clients knowing they will be receiving the best. I have also had them install a shower and bathtub at my own house. Everything these guys do is top notch and it’s so great working with a professional who takes pride in their work.
