We hired VigilAir to install a Carrier 5 ton heat pump with ecobee thermostats and couldn't be happier. Demo ~3 hours, Install 1 full day. The Ecobee thermostat took some getting used to. Watching a youtube helped. A warm house in the morning is 🤌

Vigil air completed our full HVAC install in Lakewood a few weeks ago and it was nothing but a great experience! Robert and Susy are very genuine and knowledgeable. We got a few quotes and some of the other companies were very over complicated with their marketing materials, project managers and quoting process. That was not the case here and it was the most competitive quote we got too! Just a great couple running the business who have been very lovely and responsive with a great crew. The crew worked FAST and everything is working great! Our full install took less than a day. I love the thermostat they use and Robert picked out a great, quiet Carrier unit for us. I am super happy we found Robert and Susy and would definitely recommend them!

First off, Susy and Robert are very professional and super accommodating. Susy walked me through the entire process of the installation over the phone and provided information on the HVAC equipment they used, which is only the best. It’s evident that they take pride in their work, which is apparent in their finish product. Robert and his team were on time, polite, and cleaned after themselves. There was no need for repairs on the stucco walls from the new vents and their team finished the installation in a day. We have been running the AC and have no issues at all. We referred Vigil to a friend who expressed gratitude after he too had a great experience with his installation. Save yourself some time and call Vigil for all of your HVAC needs, knowing that you’re hiring the best people for the job at an affordable price. Thank you so much Vigil!

So grateful for VigilAir! Their service is top notch! Always friendly and ready to help and answer our questions! Our home is always cool or warm when I need it to be! It is strong and blasting and very efficient! I love how easy it is to set a schedule for our unit to set the house at the temperature I want. Very user friendly! Definitely recommend!

Used Vigil to install my new AC system in 2019. They also replaced all the 45+ year old ducts in my attic. They were well priced compared to others, and they were always on time and communicated well any updates. Recently the system had an issue and they responded quickly and made the repair under warranty, no issues at all. A truly local company run by a nice, honest family! I would recommend them highly.
