I have dealt with a few times, Regus trying to increase me rate MID lease. Not anywhere close to renewal. Beware of contracts and your invoicing, especially on auto renewal. They will also "lose" your packages EVEN with proof of their employee signature and say its not their problem.

Lynnea, the front desk manager, is truly amazing. She is attentive, welcoming, and has such a great personality that makes everyone feel comfortable right away. From the moment we rented our workspace, she went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Her professionalism combined with her positive energy really stands out, she made our entire experience that much better. We truly appreciate her support and highly recommend this location because of her!

Do not rent here. The walls are PAPER THIN but more importantly, they will not return your security deposit! If you check online, there are tons of forums about this company never returning the security deposits after the tenant has departed. I am still waiting on my security deposit of $3500 and I moved out 3 months ago!! The only way to contact someone regarding anything is to create a support ticket and you never hear back because they are backed up with thousands of tickets apparently. I don't know about you, but $3500 is a lot of money for me to not get back?! This also didn't have anything to do with damage to the space (which I caused none) because if you read the fine print amongst the 3 separate agreements they give you when you sign the lease, your credit card will be automatically billed for $500+ for a 115 sq foot office space for "restoration" when you give your notice of 90 days. They put this in the agreement in the form of the price per square square foot ($4.50 per square foot), which of course, didn't jump out at me because the amount was small, but illustrates the nickel and diming that goes on here. The staff at the front desk are always very nice but they have no power to get anything done at a corporate level (which is where the security deposit returns are handled). In other words, don't rent here unless you are prepared to lose about $3,500 at the end of your lease (this will obviously be more $ if you rent a space bigger than 115 sq ft).

Marla ensures that the office spaces are always clean, presentable, and ready for immediate use. The meeting rooms are well-prepared with all the necessary amenities and excellent connectivity. It's evident that Marla takes pride in maintaining a high standard for the office environment. Compared to other Regus locations I've visited, Marla sets the bar very high. Her level of customer service and personal touch truly makes Regus Hermosa Beach stand out. I have been consistently impressed by her prompt and supportive responses to any inquiries or requests I have had. I would highly recommend Marla and Regus Hermosa Beach to anyone seeking a professional and welcoming office space. The location itself is one-of-a-kind, with a breathtaking view. Marla's presence and attentiveness far exceed the quality I have experienced at other Regus locations and even other co-working brands.
