Switching our small business payroll to Cloud Payroll Pros has been the best decision. We transitioned away from Paychex and could not be happier with the results.Brian and Briana run this family-owned business, and they are absolutely amazing to work with. They are incredibly nice, helpful, and knowledgeable about every aspect of payroll. Whenever we need something, they are extremely easy to reach and respond almost instantly. If you are reading this review and trying to decide on a payroll provider for your small business, stop hesitating and just do it!

We've been working with Brian at Cloud Payroll Pros for several years now. I would highly recommend him for all of your payroll and HR needs. The thing I most appreciate about Brian is his professionalism. He stays on top of all new laws and any developments that may affect your payroll (i.e. PPP). He is always there when I need him. If I have any questions, he's always quick to respond and explains things thoroughly. I am very happy with the service at Cloud Payroll.

We have been very pleased with the exceptional customer service we have received from Brian Bigham and other staff at Cloud Payroll. This is the fifth payroll service (including three national companies) we have used in 25+ years of being in business in two states, and they are by far the best. Brian is very responsive and helpful, and is efficient in all aspects of doing payroll. I highly recommend their services!

I’ve been using Cloud Payroll Pros for a few years now. Brian is very knowledgeable and great to work with. I’ve recently moved out of state to Texas, and he was able to make the proper adjustments to my payroll to reflect the taxes of this state. I definitely would recommend his payroll services.

We've been with Cloud Payroll since May 2019, and they have really made a difference for our company. Their payroll software is user friendly and their customer service is outstanding. Nice working with you Brian - thank you for your services.
