One of their service people came and charged us $885 to replace a switch on the breaker and it broke 2 months later. After we found a more trustworthy electrician, he took out the part and was skeptical because you have to take the ring lock out to turn off the power. The ring lock was intact and not taken off and when we removed the part it had cobwebs and definitely looked like it was not replaced. Our electrician said there was signs of them tightening it down since it was probably arcing. Also the breaker had cobwebs underneath that would not be there if it has only been 2 months. Even in the part was used it could have and should have been easily wiped away. Thankfully it's not all bad news. They reached back out and said they would pay part of the fee(375) back so I appreciate the service from the overall company but in the end the fact that the quality of the replacement part was either lied about or just not checked for condition or shown to us before installation and the old part wasn't shown after is definitely a red flag. Other reviews seem good for their services maybe just some bad apples amount the fleet. I appreciate the attempt to fix the situation.

There was a slight delay in completing the final setup, but they kept us informed. Since the work was completed, we haven’t had any issues. Very reliable service overall.
